Based on the situation that X pure oil field comes into the high level of water storage capacity, in order to slow down the decrement and control the water cut rising velocity, the research is made on this zone about water injection efficiency and reasonable injection-production scale to determine dividing line of control the water cut and raise the efficiency, and to improve water injection efficiency.Combining technical and economic aspects, the evaluation result demonstrates that it is the first class by evaluating water storage rate, rate of growth of water injection times, water flooding control degree and ratio of input-output. A new calculation method for single layer of injection and production is established by taking Water saturation into consideration. With this new method, 348 oil wells in this region have been measured, get the input and liquid producing capacity of 72 layers. By water storage rate, rate of growth of water injection times, water flooding control degree and ratio for comprehensive evaluation.By evaluating the results, 6 out of 72 are inefficient. They are S24 a, S29 b, S215 a, P122, P131 and P132.By considering the connectivity of petroleum wells, well spacing, permeability, water content, cumulative fluid intensity and cumulative water injection intensity and also using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to token the high transmissibility path from these 6 inefficient layers. Indentify 252 high transmissibility path and 112 severe high transmissibility path. Analyze high transmissibility path, the high degree of connectivity is the main factor, which accounted for 48.66%. The following two factors are small well spacing and the high capacity of liquid production.The research on reasonable injection-production scale for each layer and entire region is from technical and economic perspectives. From technical perspectives, use the law of decline of production to predict the output; use the law of water drive to predict the water content; based on reasonable injection-production ratio, use stable liquid production to calculate the amount of injection. In this way, predict the reasonable injection-production scale over the next decade for the entire region. The forecast data demonstrates that the amount of liquid production is 224.89×104t in 2024 and the water content is 95.697%. The reasonable amount of injection is 261.43×104t. From economic aspects, figure out the relationship between the reasonable liquid producing capacity, petroleum price, ratio of input-output and water content, which requires the curve of relationship between reasonable injection-production ratio and water content that need to be plotted according to moisture quota, to evaluate the scale of liquid production in this area. When the petroleum price is $40/bbl, ratio of input-output would be 1; when water content reaches 95.697% in this area, the reasonable influx would be 176.75×104t. Actually, both of technical and economic perspectives need to be taken into consideration to decide the reasonable amount of injection.The contents of this paper are scientific and logical and with high practicability.
