Equipment manufacturing industry is always the foundation of each country’s economic development. In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the accuracy of the increasingly high demand in the microelectronics and aerospace fields. Therefore, the level of precision field is an important indicator of a country’s economic power and international status. The machine tool accuracy directly affects the accuracy of the processed products and choose the machine type and the driving mode is the core of the impact precision machine tools.The degree of improvement in the key issues of impact precision machine tools directly affect the overall accuracy of the machine, thereby affecting the product quality of process. With precision machining technology needs range more widely, how to achieve the machine operate in a big stroke, high-precision has become an urgent problem to be solved now. Therefore, the paper supported by the National Natural Science Project, a number of key issues among the flotation stage presence has been made in intensive studies, the present paper are summarized as follows:1.The paper analyzed, calculated and tested validation the bearing capacity of the flotation hydrostatic bearings in different structural parameters and different air pressure conditions, air stiffness, air consumption, and propose ways to increase the bearing characteristics of the bearing by using increases static pressure flotation.2.The paper selected the appropriate flotation table-driven approach, improve the traditional speed curve,and put forward S-curve velocity profiles rule to make it more suitable for the requirements of flotation platform deduced each time period acceleration, velocity, displacement formula,its accuracy was verified,real-time control and draw a flowchart.3.The paper analyzed the deformation flotation platform, the final put forward the proposed method to improve the efficiency of suppressing deformation in the linear motor stage flotation add insulation materials,then, achieve the desired results.4.The paper put forward the idea that improve the stability of running flotation stage straightness by improving flotation rigidity,and derivate the formula flotation stiffness, and find out the relationship flotation flotation cushion structural parameters and supply parameters, and derivate the floatation rigidity of error formula is derived, finally deduce the total error formula guideways. This paper will laid a theoretical foundation for further improving the accuracy guideways in the future.
