China hemp is a kind of natural cellulose fibers with antibacterial,moisture absorption and ventilation function,anti-static,anti-ultraviolet radiation and other excellent features.The single fiber length of china hemp is shorter,and length uniformity is bad,the generally distribution in 12 to 24 mm.Textile enterprises use the “technology fiber” what made up of a single fiber adhesion of bundle to spinning in order to ensure the effect of china hemp spinning and yarn’s quality,but bundle fibers is thick and hard,which still contained about 20% is single fiber.The quality of pure china hemp spinning yarn is poor,and it is difficult to meet the market demand.In order to change the present situation of china hemp spinning yarn,spinning mill use the technique of china hemp and cotton blended on cotton spinning equipment,using the performance advantages of china hemp and cotton fibers to makes up the shortcomings of the china hemp and improve the quality of its carded yarn,but the spinning of carded yarn count is low,the evenness is bad,the yarn hairiness is more.High Performance comber can be improved length uniformity of hemp/cotton fibers and quality of yarn,also spinning high-count yarn,but it also encountered many problems.The cotton comber cylinder and top comb are easily to overload by coarser fiber bundle to influence carding effect.The load is big and the fiber is damaged when cotton whole comber cylinder carding the messy china hemp.It is difficult to control the china hemp and cotton blended ratio in combed sliver for the higher combed china hemp,which well be affect the ultimately fabric style.Based on the above reasons,the optimal combing process parameters of china hemp/cotton blended and the combing lower china hemp technology on cotton comber are analyzed in this topic,designing a set of china hemp and cotton blended special comber cylinder and top comb,improve the quality of china hemp and cotton blended combed yarn and hemp content.Analyzing combing process routes existing shortcomings of china hemp and cotton blended,develop new china hemp and cotton blended combing process route technology to achieve precise control of different blending ratio in combed lap of production technology.Analyzing the technological features and cylinder combing action feature of cotton comber,using a larger crank radius,forward feed style,a smaller noil gauge,sparse cylinder and top comb to achieve combing lower china hemp technology.Practice china hemp and cotton blended combing test program to obtain accurate china hemp and cotton blended combing optimal process parameters.According to the difference between the performance and the quality of china hemp and cotton fibers,designing a set of special combing cylinder and top comber for different pieces of china hemp and cotton blended,using the CAD drawing wires parameters of each cylinder carding area,and using SolidWorks three-dimensional software simulation and optimization,using MATLAB programming simulated distribution and carding effect of cylinder wires,design a set of china hemp and cotton blended special combing cylinder and top comb.Setting the optimal combing process of china hemp and cotton blended on cotton comber,using the designed cylinder and top comb were to experimental verification,testing the quality and hemp quantity of combed sliver and blended yarn.The results show: using new china hemp and cotton blended combing process route technology to achieve precise control of different blending ratio in combed lap of production technology,and its quality indicators is excellent.Designing three different total number of cylinder wires of china hemp and cotton blended combing cylinder,the density of cylinder wires is reasonable,and the cylinder wires is novel,two kinds of top comb wires density is 24 needles/cm and 26 needles/cm.Spinning china hemp and cotton blended ratio of 40/60 combed lap on cotton comber,the optimal combing process parameters are 70 mm crank radius,forward feed style,4.7mm,8mm noil gauge,24774 wires cylinder,“+0.3” lap joint scale,26 needles/cm top comb,0 top comb depth.Measured comber noil rate was 16.98%,119 N/g of comber sliver nep,7.57% of 16 mm SFC,17.33%of yarn evenness,200N/km of +200 nep,39.18% of china hemp content,239.4 cN of breaking force.
