With the development of the new products,the mult-fiber blended fabric would be a trend of the comfortable product in recent years. This paper chose eight different polyester/cotton/hemp blended yarn fabric to study their comfortable properties. In the paper,hemp, long-staple cotton and differential polyester filament and staple fiber were selected as the raw material. Among those,hemp shows great performance in moisture absorption and liberation, weak prickle and sterilization,and has a fineness second only to flax. There designed two type of yarns- Sirospun and Sirofilspun yarn. With the yarn difference,fabrics were divided to two groups, each group had four kinds of blended ratio, both of them were the same. Besides that, the yarn fineness, fabric square meter gram weight and thickness were all considered under the same condition. In this premise, the fabric comfort discussing were launched.The test designed 35 different kinds of temperature and humidity conditions,7 kinds of moisture regain,to simulate the practical wearing condition and study on the fabric heat comfort and tactile comfort. Thermal-wet comfort tested four indexes, including fabric thermal resistance, moisture resistance, moisture permeability and moisture liberation rate. Tactile comfort utilized the FTT fabric touch tester made by SDL ATLAS company, which was available to get several physical indexes in low stress. And indirectly characterized fabric tactile comfort. The objective of this research is to get the fabric comfort variances distinct from blended ratio and spinning in different conditions. Choosing a blended ratio and spinning method to be most comfortable. Furthermore,the study would establish a comfortable using environment that polyester /cotton /hemp blended yarn fabric perform well. Through the whole research, the issue obtained several conclusions as follows.(1)Under the condition of temperature above 20 ℃ and relative humidity below 60%, polyester /cotton /hemp blended yarn fabric can keep stable in thermal properties and prominent the hemp advantage in moisture absorption and liberation. In addition, the higher hemp content, the lower fabric thermal resistance and moisture resistance is. That makes the fabric perform well in thermal-wet comfort.(2)The fabric touching is most comfortable when moisture regain is below 10%. In this condition, fabric has a small bending stiffness, weak cold feeling, small friction coefficient, and moderate fleeciness. So that the fabric feeling is fluffy and soft, itchy and sticky feeling is weak, cold feeling is moderate. Overall the touch feeling is comfortable.(3)Taking the fabric thermal-wet comfort,tactile comfort and the finally use in consider, it is concluded that, different blending ratio of polyester/cotton/hemp blended fabric has the distinct comfortable feeling. The higher the hemp content is, the better thermal-wet comfort is, the touch feeling is more cool,and tickling and sticky feeling is more moderate. Therefore polyester/cotton/hemp blending ratio is no better than 60/20/20.(4)Polyester/cotton/hemp blended yarn fabric with Sirofilspun is easier to show the hemp content differences, and its thermal-wet comfort is better than that of Sirospun, contact feeling more cool. From thermal-wet comfort to consider, polyester/cotton/hemp blended fabric with sirofil spinning is preferred. But as for tactile comfort, sirospun is better than sirifil, because of its weaker scratchiness and wet sticky feeling, fluffy and soft feeling.(5)In addition, the issue get the relationship among fabric moisture permeability and temperature and humidity. Meanwhile, contacting the moisture permeability and moisture resistance together to prove that they are not only negative correlation, but also exist a certain relationship. When in a certain circumstance, their product is a constant value. The value varies with relative humidity, when the relative humidity increases,the value decreases. Moreover, they confirm to Second Linear Fitting Relationship.
