Because the water pollution problem is increasingly serious, water eutrophication has become a worldwide problem in recent years. The content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water is closely related to the degree of eutrophication. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out real time monitoring of the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water. Aiming at some problems during the operation process of the device, the performance optimization is studied based on the developed detection device for total nitrogen and total phosphorus developed by the research group. The device detection and analysis method, hardware structure and data processing are deeply researched and put into implementation. The data is transmitted to the remote monitoring center by wireless transmission technology finally. It can realize remote real-time monitoring of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water and remote control. After optimizing, the detection accuracy and stability is improved and the repair rate of the device is reduced.The main research results contain the following aspects:(1) Aiming at the problem of random interference and energy fluctuation of light source in the detection of micro spectrometer, the random interference of the micro spectrometer detection was removed. The calibration model of spectral data is established based on support vector machine by improving the detection scheme. This method improves the stability and detection accuracy of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.(2) Because the detection value of total phosphorus influenced by turbidity of water, the turbidity compensation model of total phosphorus online detection is established using the dual wavelength method, and compared with national standard compensation method, the turbidity compensation method is verified that it is effective. The method needs no manual operation, which is suitable for online detection device of total phosphorus in water.(3) The overall layout of the device is optimized and according to the operation process of the device, the oxidation digestion module, circulation tank, reaction tank and temperature control module are improved, which increases the detection accuracy and service life of the equipment of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.(4) A joint monitoring system for multiple detection devices of total nitrogen and total phosphorus is established based on GPRS. It realizes the remote data transmission of multiple detection devices and remote control function.
