The New idea of TiO2 photocatalytic is put forward for analysizing the natural water at the first time. Using the ultraviolet lamp to cause the TiO2 photocatalytic,the organic compounds containing phosphorous are degradated. The dosage of TiO2 ,the UV intensity of the TiO2 photocatalytic oxidization,the time of the illumination are studied in order to research the influence of the photocatalytic reaction. The detected limit of this method is 2.10×10-3mg/L, the rate of total phosphorous discovery is 99.1%. This method can instead of the method of using K2S2O6 as the oxidant in GB and so easy to be instrument and to prepare for the on-line total phosphorous inspection. Five representative pesticides: Dichlorovos,Phoxim,Rogor,Trichlorfor,Malathion and five representative water treatment agents: HEDP,ATMP,PBTC,PAPE,DTPMP are selected. The method of photocatalytic is used to determinate the total phosphorous. The rate of total phosphorous discovery is 98.8%; the recovery of two level added standard is over 98.3%, the effection with satisfaction. Several representative river in Nanjing: Sample from Xuan Wu Lake,Jin Chuan River,Qin Huai River,Chang Jiang River are selected. The method of photocatalytic is used to determinate the total phosphorous. The rate of total phosphorous discovery is 99.3%; the recovery of two level added standard is over 99.1%, the effection with satisfaction. The new automatic analysis instrument of on-line total phosphorus is designed and put forward. C8051F020 is used as the core, peripheral equipment is data memorizer AT45DB081,clock CMOS chip DS1687,figure temperature sensor DS18B20,intelligent liquid crystalline and key set. The close structure and the predigest of the instrument will improve the inspection speed and stability of the on-line analyzer, and will have the good application future. The new microphotocatalytic reactor with the high efficiency,light and shade intermission ,suspend mode are used in order to beforehand treatment the oxidation degradation of the phosphorus in natural water. The different characters of analysis i and environment protection are considered, i.e. little dosage, low cost. We may not only do not consider the difficult problem, but also do not make the catalyzer load. The distinct predominance are appeared in the solid-liquid mass transfer,solar energy utilization,operation management etc. The light and shade intermission ,suspend mode microphotocatalytic reactor can though the period illumination, bring the catalyzer go though the light and shade intermission reaction, then the photocatalytic degradation can be improved and the total efficiency of the photocatalytic can be enhanced.
