The ocean is a precious treasure of nature.It breeds very rich natural resources and nurtures thousands of creatures in nature.However,with the development of industry and economic growth,mankind has over-exploited marine resources and ignored the protection of the marine environment.In recent years,as the total nitrogen and phosphorus exceeded the standard,the seawater was eutrophic,resulting in frequent occurrences of red tide and marsh moss.However,China's existing seawater nitrogen and phosphorus monitoring technology mainly relies on cruise sampling and laboratory analysis.There is very little technical research on real-time monitoring,and most of the products of some scientific research institutions or companies cannot be applied to the complex background environment of sea water bodies,and cannot be commonly used for routine accurate analysis of marine water quality.Some well-known water quality analysis instrument manufacturers in the world,such as the products of Heath Company of Italy,can be partially applied to the current state of the ocean in China,but the accuracy is low,the price is high,and in-situ online analysis cannot be achieved.Based on the research status of seawater total nitrogen and total phosphorus monitoring technology in China,in order to meet China's urgent need for total nitrogen and total phosphorus monitoring,this paper proposes a seawater total nitrogen and total phosphorus fine-spectrum in-situ detection and real-time processing technology.The new spectral analysis method combined with the embedded data processing platform can accurately analyze the total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentration in seawater by detecting the total spectral data of total nitrogen and total phosphorus,absorbance conversion,smoothing filtering,scattering correction,feature position extraction,peak area calculation,and adaptive linear regression model.Based on it,the circuit design of the embedded ARM hardware platform and the algorithm embedding and program design under the Linux system are implemented to realize an in-situ online monitoring instrument for total nitrogen and total phosphorus.Compared with traditional monitoring methods,it can realize in-situ detection,quickly complete data analysis,and improve the real-time measurement.The instrument was analyzed in the laboratory and applied to the offshore testing station.The experimental results show that the instrument can meet the needs of professional monitoring,and has good accuracy,stability and reliability.
