Green Development Strategy And Contemporary Values Of Deng Xiaoping

Eighth session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Party stressed that achieving "Thirteen Five-Year Plan" period of development objectives, we must firmly establish and earnestly implement innovation, coordination, green, open, shared development concept. And Green is the background of development, the main colors are also ecosystems, showing the vigor and vitality, a symbol of harmony and beauty, green development is the growing harmony between man and nature, green assets proliferating human green welfare process of continuous improvement. Green development and sustainable development, scientific development, ecological civilization is the same strain, deepen unity.Although Deng Xiaoping did not expound the concept of green development directly, he combined the new situations and new problems of social development.In summing up experience in building China’s socialist modernization, based on the inheritance and development of Marxism and Ecological View of Ecological Thought of Mao Zedong, he combined the new situations and new problems of social development in the early stage of reformation and opening-up in China to explore and propose the green development strategy including the concept of harmonious development of population and resources、ecological security concept、concept of the masses subject、 sustainable green concept、ecological science concept、Eco economic concept and environmental law concept, motivated by the origin of the relationship between human and nature, which laid the theoretical premise of contemporary Chinese Marxism green development concept. In addition, an objective comment on green development thought, Deng Xiaoping not only pointed out that green development thoughts of Deng Xiaoping theory value and practice value, also objectively points out the limitations of the thought, and the reason why there are limitation analysis from different angles. Finally, from the perspective of practice, attempts to ecological construction and socialist economic, political, cultural and social construction, the combination of exploration of Deng Xiaoping’s thought about green development of China’s green harmonious society reality enlightenment in the new period. Deng Xiaoping not only pointed out that green development thoughts of Deng Xiaoping theory value and practice value, also objectively points out the limitations of the thought, and the reason why there are limitation analysis from different angles.
