Research On The Development Of Rural Environmental Culture In Liaoning Province

In recent years, environmental pollution and ecological destruction have been quite serious, and the public environmental awareness is very weak in our country. The pollution of pesticide and fertilizer caused by modern agricultural production, the domestic pollution by rural population settlements and the industrial pollution by township enterprises have become an urgent problem in the rural environmental culture construction. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward that we should adhere to the coordinated development, promote the development of urbanization and accelerate the synchronization of new industrialization and agricultural modernization; it also proposes to the green development, forming a new pattern of the harmonious development for modernization construction between man and nature, pushing forward the construction of the beautiful China, as well as making the new contribution for the global ecological security. At present, the rural environment problem in Liaoning is increasingly serious. Solving the problems of rural environment in Liaoning province should not only focus on governance, but also proactively promote in advance the benign interaction and harmonious coexistence between man and nature on the deep humanistic spirits and values and system construction. Carrying forward the green consciousness and establishing the green ethics are an urgent and difficult cultural project our country currently faces.In the context of sustainable development, this paper firstly analyzes the results and existing problems of the environmental culture in the material, institutional and spiritual construction in Liaoning province, based on the Marxist ecological thought on the spirit of harmony in ancient China and the western environmental ethics thought as the theoretical basis, on the research status at home and abroad as a background reference, as well as on the agriculture, countryside and farmers as the object of research. And on the basis of the problem, the development countermeasures and the future development of the rural environment culture in Liaoning province are studied. Material is the foundation, the system is the guarantee and the spirit is hopes. Only developing ecological agriculture and circular industry in the aspect of environmental material culture; improving farmers’ environmental awareness in spirit and enhancing farmers’ environmental protection knowledge; institutionally establishing the fair principles of environment, identifying the environmental rights and interests of the public and confirming the government responsibility system, the rural environmental culture in Liaoning province can go deep among the masses, providing an effective solution on the development path and prospect of the recent rural environmental problems in Liaoning province.
