With the contradiction between our country timber demand for resources and shortage of resources becomes severe, Fast-growing lumber is increasingly become the main raw material of wood industry in china, it has become an important way to solve the nervous contradiction between timber supply and demand in china. At present, many foreign transformer factory have used more electrical laminated wood materials in transformer instead of epoxy glass cloth laminated board, the epoxy adhesive paper board, laminated insulation board insulation materials such as insulating structural parts, electrical laminated wood products mainly made by high quality wood such as birch、ash this paper selects fast-growing Poplar to prepare electrical laminated wood, on the one hand this can expand the fast-growing Poplar processing methods and ease the tensions of the high quality timber resources, on the other hand, it also can increase the added value of processing Poplar product, and create greater economic benefits.This paper have systematically investigated in the preparation of Poplar electrical laminated wood of soaking glue process, drying process, Hot pressing process, the glass fiber and electrical insulating paper composited with electrical laminated wood technology, nanoSiO2 added modified PF the preparation of electrical laminated wood.The results show that:(1) Poplar wood veneer has much effect on the amount of impregnation,the more thicker of the veneer, he more thin veneer thickness from 2.1mm to 1.6mm, soak glue volume increased by 14.2%, thinning from 1.6 to 1.1mm, soak glue volume increased by 17.9%;the greater the amount of impregnation growing rapidly within 30 minutes. Increased as the veneer moisture content decreases, and rubber, and soak glue quantity increment and veneer drying to reduce the moisture content of some equivalent relations,the amount of impregnation growing with the resin impregnation liquid temperature increases.(2) Respectively using 40℃,50℃,60℃ constant temperature model for drying, the drying temperature rise by 40℃ to 50℃,10 min, dry curing degree increased by 102.5%, dry 20min,30min increased by 119% and 119% respectively; Dry rise 50℃ to 60℃,10 min,20min, 30 min is increased by 100.3%,100.3% and 78% respectively, veneer of volatile content increased from 40℃ to 50℃ evaporation decrease rapidly, dry 10min,20min,30min volatile content decreased by 0.49%,0.49% and 0.4% compared to the same;Dry 50℃ to 60℃, 10min, 20min,30min volatile content decreased by 0.49%,0.4% and 0.45% respectively at 60℃ dry 30min electric strength has reached a maximum of 11.1KV/mm; Use step heating mode drying, 40℃ to 50℃ to 60℃ and 40℃ to 55℃ to 60℃ heating drying effect is slow, curing degree increased from 6.16% to 6.57%, and 40℃ to 55℃ to 65℃ three period of drying process is the most important degree of procuring, procuring sharply increased from 6.57% to 6.57%; Three low-high-low three-step model drying,40℃ to 65℃ and 55℃, procuring reached 8.84%, larger influence cementing performance, so choose drying process of 40℃ dry 5min,50℃ dry 15min,60℃ dry dry 10min.(3) Board density gradually with the increase of hot-pressing pressure increases, the maximum density value for 1.23;With the increase of hot-pressing temperature, MOR gradually increase, the biggest hit 135.37MPa;With the increase of hot-pressing temperature, pressure plate of the fight against wear voltage drop after increased first, the maximum of 43.3KV; As the extension of hot-pressing time sheet against wear strength increases gradually,the maximum is 15.6KJ/m2.(4) Using glass fiber grid cloth, glass fiber cloth and insulating paper composite, MOR, impact strength, inundate breakdown voltage and dielectric strength and insulation resistance were increased, dielectric loss are reduced. Performance of the composite with glass fiber grid cloth after best, MOR at 145.31MPa,the breakdown voltage is 46.4KV,electric intensity reached 15.3KV/mm, flooding insulation resistance at 7.3x106MΩ, dielectric loss was 0.037, and 23.3KJ/m2 impact strength.(5) As the SiO2 content increased from 1% to 3%,the breakdown voltage and dielectric strength showed a trend of increase,the SiO2 content increases to 2%,1% breakdown voltage 2.4KV,increased from 2% to 3%,the breakdown voltage increased 0.8KV,the corresponding electric strength increased by 0.9(KV/mm) and 0.3(KV/mm);Dielectric loss with SiO2 decreases with the increase of adding amount of,tends to be stable when adding amount of 2% to 0.029; Flooded with SiO2 content increases,the insulation resistance when adding amount of 3% immersion resistance at 2.7x106MΩ.(6) Compound preparation plank test results show that the use of glass fiber cloth and glass fiber grid cloth in composite can achieve GB/T1303.4-2009 EP CC301 and EP CP201 performance requirements, and electrical properties can meet the requirements of EPGC201, but the physical and mechanical properties cannot meet the requirements.Insulating paper composite only can meet the performance requirements of EP CP201.
