The Research Of Influence And Improvement Of Printing By Printing Pressure

Each side of ManRoland Colorman printing machine’s cylinder is equipped with metal material shoulder iron(usually we called the bearer), rolling in the printing process of rolling pillow mutual contact and have a buffer roller vibration role, improve the roller running smoothly, reduce the production of ink. Meanwhile, it can also be used to measure the pressure of the cylinder press, adjust the printing pressure by adjusting the eccentric bearing of the rubber roller.At present, the printing machine equipment after many years of use, cylinder’s pillow,bearing, bearing and the surface of the cylinder had get damage, and the cylinder’s printing pressure is not uniform, resulting in printing quality is unstable. Therefore, to research the influence of printing pressure on the printing quality and engineering value. In the paper, the main work is carried out:1) how to evaluate the printing quality.2) analysis of printing pressure detection method.3) to find out the relationship between the printing pressure and ink transfer quantity.4) the reliability of the adjustment method is analyzed by means of the experimental analysis of the effect of the printing press.5) through the blanket and liner thickness variation of printing pressure changes in the experimental analysis of blanket wear of printing pressure changes.The research results show that: when the printing pressure exceeds the critical value, the printing quality will be decreased; combined with the current printing equipment wear condition, finding the appropriate printing pressure critical value is 24650 N, and proves that in the critical value, select the appropriate pressure adjustment method and apply the correct printing pressure, such as use different specifications of hard liners, can guarantee the reasonable amount of ink transfer and printing quality.This paper provides a certain reference value for the printing pressure selection, which can provide a solution to the problem of printing pressure and quality, and provide some theoretical support for the operator.
