To study on the quantitative affect results of the mechanical parameters on the printing press to the printing quality, taking the means of mechanical vibration testing, pressure testing, and printing quality testing and others to produce reliable parameter data, then establish the relational model of the printing press machinery parameters on printing quality. The findings can serve printers fault diagnosis and structural optimization. The main content of this research are as follows:(1) Using the vibration and noise measurement systems, printing pressure test system and the quality of printing test system to complete the test of the printing machine parameters and the printing quality parameters, then establishes the corresponding database.(2) Based on machine vision and digital image processing to analysis the chromatography situation and film overlay circumstances ,then arrive at more satisfactory chromatography detection and film overlay detection results.(3) According to press structural features, based on the finite element method and experimental testing of the printing pressure to study the printing pressure distribution and the impact of printing quality. According to the printing machine parameters and print quality test data to establishment the printing pressure and the density of printing mathematical relationship model, establishing the printing speed of change in density with the mathematical relationship model, establishing the printing press with the speed of change in vibration parameters of the mathematical relationship model, establishing the printing overlay mathematical relationship between changes in axial vibration model.(4) Established mathematical model between priting machinery parameters with printing density. Quantitative evaluation can be fixed on the combined effects of machine parameters to print quality by this model.(5) Using EMD, hilbert-huang transform and the marginal spectrum used in printing paper feeding system and vibration analysis, withdraws the vibration characteristic from the complex vibration signal. Using the BP neural network, the genetic algorithm optimize the BP neural network and the SVM support vector machines neural network vibrate the printer the signal application in the printing equipment condition monitor aspect.(6) According to the data of testing the mechanical parameter of printing press and detecting the printing quality , have developed the printing press characteristic test and the fault analysis system platform.
