With the rapid development of computer and other industries in modern times,ink-jet printing equipment has also developed greatly.However,the development of high-speed ink-jet printing equipment in China is rather slow,and the installed capacity has not reached 100 units by 2018.The main reason is that the equipment purchase and use cost is too high,the printing quality has the very big disparity compared with the traditional printing,the daily maintenance cost is high,frequent equipment failures,the operation difficulty and so on.In this paper,based on my years of experience in front-line production,this article makes a new design of the entire system.Through modular production,the web inkjet printing method is adopted to realize a low-cost control-based inkjet printing system.Including the design of non-stop separation device,automatic adjustment device of drying system and automatic maintenance system of nozzle.Separating each book design through the control of eccentric wheel rotation,can accurately achieve the whole books Separate from each other and output,greatly improve the efficiency of binding.The design of automatic adjustment of the drying system,it adopts district control,front and back control separately,linear adjustment according to different speed and flexible setting of parameters.Because ink on different paper permeability is different,drying effect is also different.Operators can be flexible in the interface settings to adapt to different characteristics.Design of automatic cleaning and maintenance,automatic maintenance of the printhead,without human involvement,greatly reduce the probability of human factors caused printhead damage.At the same time,the design of the humidor box ensures that the printhead is in a humid environment,and the long idle time does not affect the state of the nozzle surface.The system adopts the roll to sheet feeding mode,because the web ink-jet printing technology has the advantages of high efficiency,stable quality,easy operation and so on,it is recognized by the printing industry as the most potential printing technology.The system can reduce the purchase cost and the use cost of the equipment.First of all,it can extend the life of the nozzle and reduce the cost.When drying,it can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the paper.It is suitable for different kinds of paper,and at the same time,it is convenient for the user to operate,at the same time,the whole equipment will not be stopped due to the accumulation of paper and so on.The staff can quickly glue and install,reduce the various costs of printing.Therefore,the utilization rate of domestic ink-jet equipment is increased,the popularization of digital printing equipment in the printing industry is promoted,and the popularization and application of high-speed ink-jet equipment in China is promoted,helping the printing industry more environmentally friendly.
