With the communication, the rapid development of network and microelectronic technology,remote monitoring system has been applied to the social from all walks of life more and more,because the remote monitoring involves multiple fields sensor technology, communication technology, control technology, it is always hotspot of research and application.Electronic Glass furnace is an important thermal equipment in the glass manufacturing industry. It is a complicated process when it is working properly. The furnace temperature is the most important parameters that affect directly the quality of the glass, the glass furnace wall temperature monitoring as the background,according to the demand of remote monitoring system in the furnace environment analysis, the architecture of a distributed wireless sensor remote temperature monitoring system.The system is divided into three main modules, temperature data collection module, wireless monitoring host and remote monitoring platform. The main function of the data acquisition module is to collect the temperature data of the spot and send to the field monitoring host through the radio frequency wireless communication. Monitor host receives the temperature data collected by each node in real time and display on the LCD screen for duty personnel monitoring, and through the GPRS network to upload all the data to the network server. The remote monitoring platform can access and analyze data information through the access server, and achieve remote monitoring of the field data. The through the finite element analysis method on the furnace walltemperature field were modeling and simulation, has been in the normal work of the kiln and off condition of brick of furnace wall temperature field distribution, temperature measurement provides theoretical basis and for energy saving kiln has a reference significance. Finally, the test results and analysis are given for each module of the system. The results show that the system has good function, stable operation and good application background.
