In this paper, our group researched Pt-HMOR catalyst used n-butane isomerization experimental study in different production obtained liquefied petroleum(LPG) gas as raw material.Experimental study on the scene, this paper identifies the LPG sample analytical method and time interval for chromatographic analysis in the actual production of micro-reactor for the isomerization reaction. Determining the qualitative and quantitative analysis by the chromatographic method, that production of six kinds of petroleum liquefied gas qualitative and quantitative components were measured. Under fixed conditions, with a micro-reactor were six kinds of liquefied gas as a raw material for n-butane isomerization catalyst system was investigated experimentally. The study results, in the thermodynamic equilibrium, the catalytic isomerization of n-butane in the reaction system smoothly, the n-butane content of the feed gas should be higher than 65%, the content of i-butane to less than 15%.Study of temperature, pressure and hydrogen to hydrocarbon ratio changes were used in the two kinds of LPG representation preparation Pt0.3%-HMOR isomerization catalyst species on the change of the reaction product, the results of conditions: that temperature 380 ~ 460 ?C, pressure 1.5 ~ 2.0 MPa, nH2/n-C4=3:00 Pt-HMOR catalytic isomerization catalyst result is better. Mordenite as carrier, prepare Pt0.3%-HMOR in the micro-reactor catalyst evaluation apparatus with a standard n-butane gas as the raw material, the catalytic isomerization 30 h in the conversion of n-butane and i-butane selective a better effect.Modern chemical instruments analysis for prepare 0.3%-HMOR catalyst characterization results that are the presence of the catalyst surface B acid and L acid to weakly dominated, average pore diameter of the catalyst is 7.20 nm.According to characterize the micro-reactor evaluation and experimental results researched Pt-HMOR catalyst for catalytic isomerization reaction mechanism LPG conducted a simple analysis, which is based on a single molecular mechanism-based, two-way molecular mechanism of coexistence. Olefin having a role in shortening the induction period of the catalytic isomerization, When the olefin content is too high, the isomerization reaction is suppressed and its oligomerization occurs, the polymerization reaction product growth paraffins resulting coke deactivation of the catalyst problems.
