For isomerization of n-hexane over mordenite, Pt/ZrO2/HM catalysts have been prepared with Platinum as active component and ZrO2 as co-catalyst. On chromatography unit with high-pressure-micro-reactor that uses continuous flow fixed-bed, relative conditions on catalysts performance was studied respectively. A mathematical orthogonal method was used to obtain an optimum reaction condition of T=275℃, P=1.5Mpa, WHSV=1.25h-1 , H2/C5=2. At these conditions, n-pentane conversion is 69.88%,i-pentane yield is 67.68%, reaction selectivity is 96.85% and liquid product yield is 97.80%.it basically gets to level of isomerization catalysts which have been published in articles and patents.Simplified one-progression-and reversible kinetic mold was set up and its parameters confirmed. Activation energy in positive-inverse reaction has been advanced. Kinetic parameters have been calculated with relational expression of K and T in positive-inverse reaction.
