As an important part of deep water wellhead system, the reliability of subsea wellhead lower tools is directly related to the whole system. The failure of recycling process, not only lead to the increases of operation time and operation cost, what is more, it may lead to the scrap of the whole wells. So the design of the structure and the analysis of mechanical properties of the wellhead system lower tools is the key to the design of the whole subsea wellhead system. Seal assembly and a casing hanging is the key component of the hole subsea wellhead system, will it be laid down safely and achieve the completion of that the seal assembly is sealed in the annular space between casing hanger and high-pressure wellhead determines the safety of the offshore oil production system. Develop a suit of deep water wellhead casing hanger and seal assembly running tool which is suitable for the above 1000 m depth, 10000 psi pressure rating has an important strategic significance for improving the technical level of deepwater drilling in china.Based on the comparison and summary of foreign advanced technology, research the basic structure and the working principle of deepwater subsea wellhead casing hanger and seal assembly running tools, and focuses on the structure of the casing and seal assembly running tool from various manufacturers, and compare each other, finally get the optimal design scheme. Carry out modular design according to the plan and function of the casing hanger and seal assembly running tools and divide the function module unit.Carrying out mechanical analysis for the casing hanger and seal assembly running tools, establishing mechanical model, analyze the wave load, the current load and weight load in the process of running in detail, and determining the design specifications and material selection principle that need to follow during the process of design for the casing hanger and seal assembly running tools, and then according to the design index and function module of the casing hanger and sealing lower tools carrying out the designed in detail.Through the finite element analysis to determine the number of lock block in the lower tool body and the number of seal assembly hanging pin in the upper tool body, and carry out strength analysis on the upper part of the tool body hanging pin, and carry out the choice of materials to the lock block, hanging pin and lower tool body.Using the topology optimization of structures on channel connected components to optimize the analysis, analysis and compared with the three cases on the material removal rate of 25%, 50% and 70% respectively, and find out the best material removal scheme, and according to the result of topology optimization to improve the channel connected components, verify the strength of modified channel connected components.
