The running of subsea tree system mainly includes running the tree,the tubing hanger and tree cap.Among them,the installation of tubing hanger is particularly complicated,whether it could work reliably or not relates to the success or failure of deepwater oil production,which involves locking,unlocking,rotating,positioning,sealing,channel layout and other aspects.At present,the key technology of the tubing hanger is mainly from abroad,and the installation costs are very expensive.With the increase of water depth,installation has a high risk,a variety of difficulties will show an exponential growth.Therefore,it is significant to carry out the research on the installation of tubing hanger.According to the literature research,process analysis,module division,structure design,hydraulic control design,strength analysis,etc.This article designs tubing hanger's running and retrieving tool,which is mainly used for the tubing hanger's installation and retrieving.It can also unlock to the tubing hanger in a quick way when emergencies come.First of all,the paper carries out a literature research on the target tubing hanger and the running tool.The decentralization,installation and recovery process of the tubing hanger are described in detail,and the function and principle of the system are studied.According to the functional requirements,carried on module division and the overall scheme design of the running tool.In the next place,based on the functional requirement and the process,the paper calculates the parameters and designs the structures of every functional modules,as well as designing the fluid channel and the steps of under the control of the hydraulic,modeling the running tool by software.According to the operation procedure,this paper calculates the load of various lock structure,developing the hydraulic control circuit.At last,the article analyzes the key parts,such as locking ring and locking pawl,and the motion mechanism by ANSYS and finds the area of stress concentration,analyzes stress change in the different number of teeth of the lock ring,as well as makes sure of these area's position and the maximum stress to ensure the designing can live up to the strength requirement.
