As the improvement of people’s living, the traditional heat insulation material had been out of people’s needs. In the pursuit of thermal insulation property of the heat insulation material, people paid more attention to the fluffy performance, compression resilience property and any other properties. So developing a new type of high elastic heat insulation material which was based on traditional insulation material had become a focus in study.The electrostatic flocking was introduced into the preparation of high elastic heat insulation material. Between the two layers of imitation silk cotton which as the main material flocking a vertical layer flocks by electrostatic flocking technology, and setting up a new preparation methods of heat insulation material. The heat insulation material was used multilayer composite process and the flocks were bonded between electrostatic flocking adhesive which were bonded at the two layers imitation silk cotton by the hot melt films. The main process had hot melt film, electrostatic flocking, low temperature drying, hot melt film compound, high temperature drying and compound, and the new high elastic heat insulation material was studied.The preparation of heat insulation material was based on changing the flocking process such as flocking voltage(50KV, 60 KV, 70 KV, 80 KV, 90V), flocking time(2s, 5s, 8s 11s) and length of flocks(3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm). In order to explore the effect of different flocking processes for the thermal insulation property such as heat preservation rate, thermal resistance CLO value, and compression resilience property such as compression ratio, compression resilience ratio, eighty kinds of heat insulation material were made by different flocking processes and texted the thermal insulation property and compression resilience property.The thermal insulation property text results show that: with the increase of flocking voltage, the thermal insulation property also increased; with the increase of flocking time, the thermal insulation property also increased; with the increase of length of flocks, the thermal insulation property also increased. But the thermal insulation property of heat insulation material which in the same flocking time, flocking voltage(50KV, 60 KV, 70KV), and 8mm length was worse than that in 5mm length.The compression resilience property text results show that: with the increase of flocking voltage, the compression ratio reduced and the compression resilience ratio increased; with the increase of flocking time, the compression ratio reduced and the compression resilience ratio increased; with the increase of length of flocks, the compression ratio reduced and the compression resilience ratio increased. When the length of flocks was 8mm and 10 mm, the effect of compression resilience ratio was very poor.
