Along with our country's growing demand for coal resource, high strength, large scale, long mining depth of shallow coal resources is reduced, thus to the deep mining of coal resources, the needs of the increasingly urgent, but along with the deep mining of high temperature thermal damage phenomenon is very prominent, seriously affected the underground work personnel's safety and health, and even affect the safety of mine, so the deep well mining of thermal pollution treatment has become the key technology influence the stable development of the mining area.The engineering background of this topic in Huainan mining area, the new thermal insulation material of concrete partition method of heat source, reduce the heat transfer efficiency, and reduces the temperature of the underground.This article through to the hydrophobic lytag vitrified beads insulation concrete experiment, ceramsite, vitrified microsphere, conform to the requirements of the new energy-saving insulation material, its concrete products on physical mechanical properties of ordinary concrete at the same time, also has the thermal insulation performance, is a kind of environmental protection, energy saving and efficient materials. This article adopts the method of orthogonal experiment, chooses the appropriate ceramsite grain size and dosage of ceramsite, choose hydrophobic vitrified beads and hydrophobic vitrified microsphere, the dosage, dosage of fly ash, such as changes in factors, combined with poor analysis, for a variety of physical and mechanical properties of concrete and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of proportion of comparative study, it is concluded that the influence of different factors on the degree, sifting through the analysis of the efficacy coefficient method, and that the best basis of new thermal insulation material of concrete mixture ratio. At the same time, considering the requirements of construction technology and economy principle, finally get the best solution.This thesis adopted by deep roadway thermal insulation material cooling technology to avoid the limitations of artificial mechanical refrigeration technology, is a kind of active mine thermal pollution treatment technology, thus to solve the problem of high temperature thermal damage of deep roadway during mining provides a new technical support and direction.
