Multi axis NC machining technology plays an important role in manufacturing technology, and the technology is very difficult. And post processing technology is currently in the CAD / CAM occupies an irreplaceable important position, in the CAD / CAM system and the manufacturing system to connect, the result is good or bad will directly affect the CNC machining equipment can be efficient, safe operation and parts processing quality. Because of the diversity of CNC systerm and CNC machine tool, and in currently, the commercial post processing software does not fully consider the effect of no-linear error and actual feed speed, gradually cannot meet the new requirements of the workpieces. From the processing of information management norms, the whole process from programming to which can be used in to the end and the workpiecesmachining process etc., does not provide complete technical management, therefore, reasonable design and processing technology of single information management become an essential part.This thesis mainly studies the following aspects of the content:1) Analysis of the development of post processing technology and processing information management technology at home and abroad, and point out necessity of post processing technology and processing information management systerm.2)Analysis of the structure of the commonly CNC machine, and analyzed the structure and kinematic, through the establishment of mathematical model, calculate the angle and coordinate conversion.3)Anslysis of the causes of no-linear error in NC multi-axis, through the establishment of mathematical model, the result is the no-linear error of the maximum value appears in the neighborhood of cutter location point, through the simulation and calculation to verify the conclusion.4) Research on the causes of the inconsistency between the actual feed speed and feed speed of programming, and analyzed the calculation of the two feed speed of G93 and G94, got the relationship between the actual feed speed and feed speed of programming, with the axis of the machine tool feed servo capability, the proper control have be made to the feed speed, and its validity by the simulation was verified.5)The NC machining program instruction format, the cutter source file structure and control system of compiler principle were studied, analysis of the relationship between the cutter source file and NC program, given the idea of post processing system.According to the post process the cutter location source file into the processing code, did some management of The information processing and management technology etc. To achieve different identity staff secure login, carry out there duties, the automatic generation of process, transfer process of paperless and efficient target.6) Did some research about the proformance and the operation mode of graphite electrode. According to the specific structure of graphite electrode size, precessing requirements of process planning for its rational, and through the comparison and verification of margin simulation, verify the rationality of the design process, Using the post processing system developed in this thesis to generate the processing code, the simulation is processed to verify the correctness of the system.
