CNC technology has become a symbol of national manufacturing level. With thedevelopment of technology and computer control technology, five-axis CNC machinetools have been widely used in machinery, aerospace, automotive and other industries.But the program is more complex, manual programming has been unable to meet therequirements of programming. The current three-dimensional software to generate theprocessing code which can not be directly used and must be manually modified,therefore, to research post-processing techniques of super high pressure five-axiswater jet cutting machine is the main purpose of this paper.Firstly, to generate cutter location source files through the model which isestablished by Proe software. To solve the machine kinematics through translationaland rotational changes of the five-axis machine tools, which derive the correspondingrelationships between five motion axes of the machine and vector of tool position andtool axis of cutter location files. which laid the theoretical foundation for thepost-processing code generation.Secondly, be checked for nonlinearity error and speed and acceleration. Five-axisCNC system is a non-continuous position control system and only linear interpolation,since adding two rotation axis in five-axis machine tools leads to nonlinear motion,which resulted in certain deviation between actual trajectory and theoreticaltrajectory,which is the root cause of the nonlinear error generated. In order to checknonlinear error, an adaptive linearization method proposed in this paper, whichenhance the accuracy of product processing.In this paper, an S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration control method isused. Because the cutter location file is generated in the process that is to approachthe workpiece in accordance with the tiny segments, therefore, we must consider thatchange the angle is too large between each tiny segment. At the same time we hopethat the speed and acceleration continuous change, therefore this paper based on theS-curve to limit speed and acceleration, to improve processing efficiency andreducing the impact on the flexibility of the machine. Finally, VC++software as development platform in this paper, to developpost-processing interface and generate NC code with considering the factors ofstructure of the machine and CNC system and others.At same time, the simulation ofnonlinear error, velocity and acceleration through MatLab software which verify thecorrectness of the algorithm.
