Controlled ecological life insurance system provide reliable theoretical basis for the establishment of biodegradable solid waste recycling system, waste treatment and in-situ resource utilization efficiency, realize biodegradable solid waste utilization of renewable technology was mature. Through the analysis of compost physical index,chemical index and biological material index to judge compost maturity. First, for composting microbial provide suitable living environment developed microbial solid waste disposal experimental device, selected suitable composite microbial inoculum;Secondly, study on the effects of different combinations of materials of maturity;Finally, the different materials compost and vermiculite stone press 3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2,1:3 ratio were uniformly mixed, as red amaranth cultivation substrate, by monitoring the vegetable biomass, NO3--N and soluble sugar content and other indicators, analyze the effect of different treatments on biological compost product yield and quality. At the same time, the vigorous growth of vegetables and their cultivation matrix of carbon and nitrogen fate were selected to analysis.Research indicates:1. Experimental device for the treatment of microbial solid waste can realize the experimental research and technological parameter setting of small size composting based on the lunar base space station mission as the application background. And the device has strict sealing property and thermal insulation property.2. In the study of inoculation of two different microbial compounds comparative experiment, VT agent and manure fermentation agent had their different strengths performance, were also able to accelerate the composting process. Composting period was about 20 days. And the seed germination rate was more than 100%, with the ability to promote the growth of plants. The content of organic matter in organic fertilizer compost fermentation products were full of nutrients, and could be used as fertilizer for plant cultivation3. In the experiment of different material combination treatment, The results were not significant between peanut shell added or not. The seed germination rates were more than 50%, which could be considered to be almost no plant toxicity incompost. The seed germination rate of the material with the addition of fruits and vegetables was less than 1%, This was related to the inhibition of plant growth by small molecular substances such as organic acids, which produce large amounts of organic acids. But the organic matter content of fruit and vegetable waste compost was high, and the degradation rate was fast.4. In the trial of Vermiculite and organic fertilizer mixed according to the proportion of 1:3, Red amaranth growth was inhibited, which is not conducive to vegetable cultivation. In the trial of Vermiculite and vegetable waste mixed according to the proportion of 3:1、2:1,compared to control red amaranth grew strong.
