With the rapid development of the national oil industry,oilfield has entered the middle and later stage of oil exploitation,especially in Daqing Oilfield where the development of technology in polymer flooding is already in the three recovery stage, carrying out the scientific research for polymer flooding produced liquid oil-water separation, and injecting the oily wastewater in reservoir after backwashing filter processing.This can not only meet the increase of water injection rate in the process of oil exploitation, but also save a lot of water resources, bringing good economic value to the construction of oil field, while reducing the pollution of drainage on the ecological environment, so as to benefit the state environmental protection greatly.Oilfield backwash filter processing system is an important technology in the process of oilfield development. In order to improve the optimal efficacy of backwashing filter, the overall structure of the backwash filter has been designed according to its characteristics, including: filtering tank design, the stirring device structure design, transmission design, cloth machine structure design, drainage system design. Through the CATIA software, the backwashing filter main parts and components of the 3D model are established, which has provided a basis for subsequent finite element analysis.Through the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench, the structural static analysis of the tank of the backwash filter and the stirring device structure dynamics analysis can be handled. Through the static analysis, it can get stress and deformation of the tank structure in different work load, and the strength evaluation of the linearization stress in the pressure cylinder and the upper and lower head connected at the location. Through the dynamics analysis, we can determine the first to the sixth order pre stress modes of the stirring device, the natural frequencies and mode shapes, the modal analysis based on stirring device for the random vibration analysis, harmonic response analysis and linear buckling analysis.Test the design effect of the oil filter backwash device by using the actual verification method, get relevant numerical values to make comparative analysis, and get the desired effect through actual verification.
