Nowadays, the form of most power plant coal yard is open-air. In terms of the field utilization, the taking coal ability and the conversion rate of coal energy, it is still at a low level. The related technology of enclosed coal,which adapts to the national environmental protection policy and social economic development,is still in the stage of exploration and development. The stacker-reclaimer suiting for large diameter, large reserves of circular enclosed coal, is still incomplete particularly. In addition, as for the circular coal yard stacker-reclaimer, the failure of scraper reclaimer key parts, such as chain plate fracture, low scraper chain strength, often occurs. The domestic research of circular coal yard scraper feeding system is insufficient. Meanwhile, it is lack of systematic analysis and research.As to the circular coal yard, the scraper ability of taking coal is low, and the deformation failure of scraper and chain link plate often occurs. This article analyzes the working principle and influence factors of stacker taking coal ability in the circular coal yard, the related parameters of taking coal ability are deduced by formula. With proposing a new concept which reflects the key parameter of taking coal ability, the characteristics of coal before the scraper, scraper running resistance and scraper thrust are calculated and deduced. It provides the foundation for the design of the scraper device and the structural optimization and analysis of key components. In regard of the current problems of scraper device, a new project of track scraper device is put forward. its three-dimensional model is established by design software. Based on scraper chain device of taking coal scraper, the scraper chain device is calculated by mechanical analysis and finite element analysis. And then it optimizes and verifies the structure in terms of analysis results. On account of dynamic analysis software, combining with the three-dimensional model of scraper device, the scraper and scraper chain connection plate are analyzed by dynamic simulation. At the same time, the contact force between rail and wheel, the chain tension and stress of different positions of the chain connection holes in the running process are verified.
