The reducer is a kind of basic industrial transmission component,which plays an important role in the mechanical transmission of all walks of life.The reducer of the scraper is the key part in modern coal mining and plays a decisive role in the normal and efficient mining of coal mines.With the increasing output of coal mining,the demand for high-power scraper reducer is increasing.The 1000 k W scraper reducer is particularly important in the industry and is a standard product representing the industry level.The box body is one of the important parts of the reducer,and it is also the part with the largest volume and weight.It provides support load for the gear transmission system,undertakes vibration load,and also undertakes the connecting load of the high-speed end motor part.The structure size and strength of the box directly determine the size,weight and rigidity of the scraper reducer.Excellent design of the box can maximize system stiffness,reduce deformation,ensure the quality of gear meshing.At the same time,reducing the weight of the box is conducive to improving the heat dissipation performance and beauty of the reducer.Therefore,the design and optimization of the box body is the key content in the design of the scraper reducer.This topic mainly focuses on the structural design,material research,finite element analysis,improvement and optimization of the box design and development of the 1000 k W high-power scraper,and manufactures prototypes according to the design structure,and finally loads the test bed to verify the product performance.It is of reference value and guiding significance to the optimization design and similar project development of scraper reducer shell.The main elements of the project are as follows.(1)This paper studies the application of scraper reducer,in the basis of meet the design requirements,through comparison and ultimately determine the structure of the reducer,selected gear and main material through the analysis,calculated with the gear parameters and check the strength.(2)Study on reasonable selection of bearing configuration,check the bearing clearance group and life.(3)Studies the causes of the scraper reducer output spline vulnerability,and solves the problem through structural improvement,material selection and heat treatment.(4)By the method of finite element analysis,finite element analysis of planet carrier,cylindrical gear,demonstrates the reliability of key-module.(5)Through the trial production and the result of load test bench to verify the product performanceThere are 54 figures,14 tables and 80 references in this paper.
