The rapid development of industry and growth of population are the two main reasons that cause the further increase of CO2 emissions. In addition, along with more and more trees are cut down, the concentration of CO2 is far more beyond the capacity which the environment can burden. With the enhancement of greenhouse effect, the problem of global warming is getting worse and worse. Electric power and heat industries are the main CO2 emission industries, especially the power plant, which is at the top of CO2 emission. So how to decrease and recycle CO2 are the problems in front of every human. Capture and recycle CO2 which is from flue gases is the effective way to solve the above problems and its cost is very low. In current, using chemical method to capture CO2 from flue gases is one of the most widely used ways. Among all the chemical methods, using alkylolamine to absorb CO2 has many advantages such as: large capacity, fast absorption speeds, high purify degree, good effect of desorption and low regeneration energy consumption etc. Based on all the advantages, it has become the first choice in CO2 capture.This paper uses experiment method to research the reaction mechanism in CO2 capture using alkylolamine method. The main equipment of the research is the double deck glass kettle that contains the frequency control motor speed blender. It is a good equipment that can hold alkylolamine aqueous solution and the main solution compositions are based on MEA such as MEA-MDEA, MEA-PZ, MEA-AEEA, and MEA-AMP. Base on the experiment results, the relation of absorption rate and time at different tempreture and different concentration can be used as the foundamental data to determine the optimum proportion of compound alkylolamine solution and as the basic data to bulid the reaction mechanism modle.From the analysis of research data, the following conclusions can be drawn. Firstly, the two components in binary compound alkylolamine solution have interaction effects; Secondly, at the premise of low interface CO2 density and pseudo-first-order reaction, the reaction mechanism of binary compound alkylolamine solution absorption of CO2 has been built. What’s more, according to the reaction mechanism, the reaction rate constant can be gotten, which is only related to the temperature. And the reaction rate constant gotten from the model can roughly match with the results from the experiments. At last all the results can be used as the basis to design sour gases absorption equipments...
