The Research On The Key Technology Of Winding Machine For Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe With Fibrous Band

With widespread application in the pipe transportation, the composite pipe is largely needed for its strong comprehensive properties compared with traditional ones. The reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) is a typical composite pipe which uses fibrous band instead of the traditional filamentary material to increase its strength feature, changing the mesh structure and getting a better quality. The band winding process is the most important and difficult part, which requires fixed helix angle and tightening force. Winding machine is a special equipment in RTP production, and the domestic winding machine can only be applied for filamentary material. Research and design the fibrous wind machine with independent intellectual property is a meaningful subject, and this paper introduces the research on the key technique of the winding machine for the RTP production process, which includes:1、Introduce the production process of the RTP, especially research on the band winding process, and withdraw the whole structure design of band winding machine, which can continually work when replenish the new band.2、Analyse the stress of the inner pipe, under the impact of fibrous band tightening force, design thethree-roller structure supporting the inner pipe, and analyze the feasibility of the structure with the finite element method.3、Analyse the releasing, turning and driving issue of fibrous band in winding machine, design the steering-driving mechanism and calculate the max force needed.4、Analyse the tightening requirement of the fibrous band, design the constant tensioning mechanism, and introduce the design process of the curve in support groove.5、Based on the technology of PLC and the touching screen, research the electrical control system of the winding machine. Analyse the hardware and software solution of the system, and design the HMI in EasyBuilder8000.
