Differential fibre generally refers to fibre made by chemical modification or physical degeneration, which has great innovation on performance orpossesscertain characteristics that have obvious difference with conventional varieties. Differential fiber generally includes superfine fiber, special-shaped fiber and composite fiber, etc.At present, most composite fiber cross section is round and profiled fibers are single component, and have failed to a great breakthrough. The composite profiled fibers that this paper presents balance the advantages between the composite fiber and profiled fiber, This topic will be mainly research for the molding mechanism of composite profiled fiber, design the typical composite components, carries on the experiment and the development of new products. The specific work is as follows:(a)This paper analyzes the abnormity degree effect on the properties of profiled fiber. According to polymer rheology control equation and two-component spinning theory, to study mathematical model of composite profiled fiber forming on the basis of single-component and composite circular.(b) On the basis of the theoretical study and Polyflow, this paper simulates the extrusion molding mechanism of PA6/PET composite flat spinning melt to study the effect of the process parameters on the shaped degree, discusses the influence of the two components of viscosity and flow ratioto composite profiled fiber cross section shape and abnormity degree of. To learn that: the viscosity and flow ratiois crucial for the composite profiled fiber cross section shape.(c) On the basis of theoretical research and numerical calculation experiment of flat fiber compositewas carried out. Through the composite special-shaped flat fiber spinning test facilities PET/PA6 composite was prepared, the fiber cross section shape and shape coefficient is measured. The results showed that: 1) The shape of flat fiber PA6 / PET composite coefficient increases with the increase of traffic; 2) The shape factor of flat fiber PA6 / PET composite decreases with the increasing of PA6: PET; 3)The shape of flat fiber PA6 / PET composite coefficient decreases with the increase of spinning temperature; 4)The total flow, flow ratio, spinning temperature is obviouslyon the shape coefficient of flat fiber composite, the experimental results consistent with the trend of simulation results.(d) On the basis of the development of flat fiber, respectively to cross sheath-core, hollow sheath-core composite profiled fiber cross section and abnormity degree along with the change of process parameters on the experimental study. To learn that: 1) The shape coefficient of PA6/PET cross sheath-core fiber increases with the increase of traffic; 2) The shape coefficient of PA6/PET cross sheath-core fiber as PA6: PET decreases with the increase of flow rate ratio; 3) The PA6/PET hollow sheath-core fiber hollow degree decreases with the increase of traffic; 4) The PA6 /PET hollow sheath-core fiber hollow degrees as PA6: PET flow ratio increases; 5) The total flow, the flow of two components ratio, spinning temperature has a great impact on the Shaped degree of the fiber, the influence of the speed of blowing on the Shaped degree of the fiber, blowing the starting height has a little influence the Shaped degree of the fiber;6) The value of PA6: PET is too big or too little to appear PA6 / PET hollow sheath-core fiber is not closed.This article through to research and development polyester polyamide composite profiled fiber forming technology and equipment, proved the idea of developing composite special-shaped fiber is feasibility, and provides digital method for guidance of production process; The composite profiled fiber products have industrial application prospect.
