Study On The Quality Control Of Shengma Fiber Products

Hemp crops were rich in China, mainly including ramie and flax, hemp, jute, etc. However there were primary products, the processing hemp had a great practical significance.At present, the domestic had been related products in which the shenma fiber was major class. But technical index of the shenma fiber and the standard were still blank. Some companies exaggerated product publicity, and even suspected of false advertising. The main reason of this phenomenon was the product after production standards lacked corresponding technical index of the rigid requirements. The shenma fiber products had not standard. So standard analysis method research of shenma fiber products had a very good practical significance.In this paper, shenma fiber and jutecell fiber and modal fiber were researched and compared properties of the three kinds of fibers. The various identification methods of fibers were discussed and were found the shenma fiber identification method. Experimental results showed that infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy was effective method for the identification of the shenma fibers. The mainly several kinds of properties of Shenma fiber, jutecell fiber, modal fiber were determined. Through a lot of experimental shenma fiber technical indexes are obtained. The tensile strength range was 1.90~2.10cN/dT, elongation at break range was 18.0 ~ 23.0%, Moisture regain range was 12.7 ± 0.5%, Bibulous rate range was 110~111%, Crimp rate range was 3.90~4.10%, crimp recovery range was 3.40~3.50%, crimp elasticity range of was 93.0~94.0%. Static and dynamic friction coefficients were 0.17 and 0.25 respectively. And the shenma fiber had antibacterial effect.
