With thinking highly of the environmental protection,being a new material,bamboo fiber has been utilized.At present,there are still some problems in the qualitative identification of bamboo fiber,and there are rarely articles mentioned to quantitative analysis,which is disadvantages to the using and developing of bamboo fiber.In this paper,the bamboo fiber properties were tested,and the quantitative analysis of bamboo fiber and other cellulose fiber blended products were made.In order to distinguish bamboo fiber,the properties of the natural cellulose fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers were tested by wide-angle X-ray diffraction method,microscope observation method,fiber rotation method,density method,solubility method,the method of color as well as infrared spectroscopy.Finally,the bamboo fiber and other cellulose fibers were identified by the system identification method.In the chapter about quantitative analysis,in order to learn the accuracy of the quantitative analysis method,fiber were tested ratio by density method and chemical dissolution method for the known proportion artificial mixture of bamboo fiber and other cellulose fibers.On the basis of the results,quantitative analysis on the blended products of bamboo fiber and other cellulose fiber products were made,blended products of other cellulose fibers.Orthogonal experimental research on the solvent concentration,dissolving temperature,dissolving time of chemical dissolution method were made.After optimization,the dissolving conditions that 60.65%H2SO4,25°C and 30 min was obtained.It is necessary to correct the content from the solution as the bamboo fiber contains lots of lignin,and the acid solution has some damage to the other cellulose fibers.Finally,the methods of chemical dissolution and density by testing the blending ratio of ramie/viscose blended products were compared,which processing technology and product quality is stable.We analyzed the uncertainty factors and calculated uncertainty.The results show that:the class A uncertainty of both methods has little difference,the class A uncertainty of density method can be reduced by increasing the number of trials;chemical dissolution method is better than density method in the class B uncertainty.It can be reduced by increasing the quantity of sample.
