At present our country the construction of production mode still belongs to extensive,low production efficiency, easy to cause adverse effects on the surrounding environment, and therefore countries pay more and more attention to the construction impact on the environment. Construction began to pursue intensive production mode in our country, green construction emerged and gradually be taken seriously. Domestic experts and scholars made a lot of research for green construction, and develop a lot of green construction technology.Construction managers when choosing these green construction technology, need to refer to the engineering actual situation and in the construction of the green construction technology.And the current domestic research on the application of the green construction technology in the construction. In this paper, focusing on the research of green construction technology of dust control technology and application effect of water saving technology in construction, for the green construction technology in the application of the construction to provide the reference in the future.In this paper, the concept of green construction and green construction research situation at home and abroad are reviewed, and the climate environment and construction characteristics of guangdong area was studied, the guangdong area is suitable for using green construction technology contains the dust control technology, water-saving technology,energy-saving technology, etc. Because the guangdong area construction site dust pollution and waste of water resources is serious, so this paper mainly study of dust control technology and water saving technology, main findings are as follows:1.Building dust mainly comes from the different stages of the construction process.Construction dust hazard in will affect the body’s respiratory system. The nature of the building is the essence of dust, dust dust contains: small size, easy dispersion, adhesion.According to the nature of construction dust identified the two main ways of dust control. The first air flow is used to control dust, the second kind of water is used to control dust. And the cover measures derived from these two approaches, spray and water spraying dust control effect were monitored, find cover measures of dust control efficiency can reach more than80%, spray measures of dust control efficiency is about 50%, water measures of dust control efficiency is only about 40%. Cover measures to control dust effect is best, in the construction should be more cover dust control technology research and development.2.Analysis of rain water quality research, collect rain and pipes from the roof rain water quality comparison found from roof runoff quality is better than that of rainwater collection from the pipe. At the beginning of the rainfall runoff quality is poorer, PH acidic, turbidity,COD, SS, NH3- N content is higher, with the extension of time, reduce the impurity content in the rain, the roof runoff water quality can be fundamental to the construction water standards, can be used for the construction. Pipes rainwater collection should be after dealing with the tubular device to abandon flow, water quality can reach the standard construction of the water. Therefore in the construction of water can consider to use more roofing rainwater collection.3.The coagulation air floatation and coagulation precipitation two kinds of wastewater treatment process was studied, and the treated water quality is analyzed between the two, find the coagulation air floatation process can produce better quality, can be used in the construction.4.In the guangdong area government project are introduced, the use of dust control and water saving, green construction technology and the technology of economic, social and environmental benefits are analyzed, found that government engineering of dust control measures can produce $95100 worth of direct economic benefit, and the huge indirect economic, social and environmental benefits, section in government projects,water technology can create direct economic benefits for 70400 yuan, 432500 yuan of the indirect economic benefit, as well as a variety of social and environmental benefits.
