With the improvement of urbanization in China,the construction industry has developed vigorously in the past decade.At the same time,urban atmospheric environment problems are getting more and more people's attention,haze weather increased,the air quality is getting worse.According to the China Meteorological Administration,the country's central and eastern regions are the worst hit by smog,with more than five days in autumn and winter.Only a few of China's top 500 cities meet air quality standards set by the world health organization,according to a report.Deep fog and haze weather has a serious impact on people's life and health,but also on social,economic and other major issues.In the 2017 report on the work of the government,premier li keqiang clearly put forward the requirement of "resolutely fighting for a blue sky and protecting the blue sky",which embodies the country's determination to control dust.There are many causes of urban dust,among which construction dust is one of the important ones.In each stage of construction project construction,there will be granular dust,so the construction site dust control and effective management is an important way to control the source of urban dust.This paper takes the dust control measures and benefits of construction sites as the research object,comprehensively USES investigation and research and various analysis methods to judge the effectiveness and rationality of various measures and costs,and provides reference for other projects.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is composed of the first and second chapters.The second part is composed of the third,fourth and fifth chapters.The third part consists of chapter vi.The fourth part is composed of chapter 7.The first part first elaborated the research background,significance and purpose of the research,and made an in-depth analysis of the research status at home and abroad through consulting relevant literature.At the same time,the research ideas are clarified,the main research contents are analyzed,different research methods are adopted for different contents,and finally the technical route of this paper is formed.Then the related concepts and basic theories that need to be used in this paper are expounded to further clarify the research method.In the second part,200 construction engineering practitioners in four cities of guangdong and guangxi were sent questionnaires by self-made questionnaire to investigate the construction dust pollution and treatment.According to the investigation results and related problems,the author sorted out the reasons such as imperfect policies,inadequate supervision,weak awareness of environmental protection and inadequate on-site management,and then found out corresponding measures for different reasons.The third part is mainly on the basis of the second part,taking a large shantytown reconstruction project as an example,taking targeted control measures for various factors causing construction engineering dust,and then using the value engineering theory to determine the value of all measures.Finally,relevant conclusions are drawn through the study,and Suggestions on dust control of construction engineering are put forward,and the main conclusions,innovations and shortcomings of the paper are evaluated.
