Enzyme is a bio-macromolecule with a catalytic function. In general, the industrial preparation of enzymes is called enzyme preparation, which has the characteristics of high specificity, high catalytic efficiency, and mild reaction conditions and so on. The enzymes in the detergent industry are becoming more and more widely used; meanwhile the species are more and more. In this paper, the development prospect and trend of enzyme in detergent industry are introduced. And the purpose and significance of the study on enzymes contained washing soap are emphasized. Noted the stability of the enzymes is one of the main troubles in the studies of enzymes contained washing soap.Firstly, the mechanism of protease on the stain removal is described, and the national standard washing test and actual stained fabric washing test on the enzyme contained washing soap is carried out. GB stained fabric tests results show that the alkaline protease can effectively enhance detergency on the protein stained fabric. And with increasing the amount of alkaline protease in the washing soap, the detergency effect enhanced. In the actual stained fabric test, the alkaline protease contained laundry soaps exhibit outstanding detergency in the removal of fabric of blood stains, milk stains, grass stains, sweat stains and other stains.Then, the effect of free alkali, water and chelating agent, enzyme stabilizer in the washing soap and production process on the stability of alkaline protease in the washing soap was discussed. The effect of free alkali, water content and chelating agent on the protease was investigated by single factor test. The results showed that the free base and high water content would not conducive to the stability of the protease, but the stability of the protease was not negatively affected by the build in the detergent. The orthogonal experimental design method was applied to study the affect of the stabilizer composed by the glycerine, borax, 4-formylphenylboronic acid and citric acid on protease and scanning the stabilizers. The results indicated that: citric acid in the laundry soap formula on the activity of protease plays a key role, followed by borax on the enzyme stability also has an important role in the protection. With production process and parameter optimization, the stability of the protease was improved.Finally, the study discussed the common washing soaps with the anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, and zwitterionics surfactant. The experimental test of the affect of the washing soap contained alkylpolyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate(AES), alkyl polyoxyethylene ether(AEO) or cocamidopropylhydroxysulfobetaine(CHSB) on enzyme the stability. The results showed that alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(AES), cocamidopropylhydroxysulfobetaine(CHSB) in the enzymatic contained laundry soap formula has inhibitory effect but the affect of nonionic surfactant AEO9 on enzyme is weak, even AEO9 in enzymatic laundry soap formula on the stability of the enzyme have more actively to promote a stable role. The influence of the nonion surfactant on the stability of the compound system was also studied. The results also showed that the presence of nonion surfactant could decrease the inhibition effect of AES and CHSB on the protease.
