Study On Extraction Of Sasanqua Saponin And Used In The Laundry Detergent

This study takes the Oil-Camellia Process Water as raw material,using chitosan to get rid of the impurities then extract the sasanqua saponin.The extract conditions were optimized by response surface method.Take sasanqua saponin as the main material to make up a laundry detergent,testing its washing effective level.Compounding sasanqua saponin with a variety of different surfactants and testing its washing effect,foamability,antimicrobial resistance,stability,etc.the specific results are as follows:1.Extraction of sasanqua saponin.Extracting sasanqua saponin from Oil-Camellia Seed Processing Water by using chitosan to remove impurities.Through 5 factors 5 levels of single factor experiment,choose the main influence factors of chitosan content,reaction time,reaction temperature,and the appropriate factor levels,then carry out orthogonal test.The optimum condition of extraction and the interaction of the three factors were determined by response surface methodology.Under following condition that chitosan concentration was 0.05%,stirring speed was 10r/min,volume of chitosan was 17.8mL,reaction temperature was 50.1?,reaction time was 16.6min,the extraction yield of sasanqua saponin could reach 84.97%.2.The ratio of sasanqua saponin detergent and its washing effect.The main influence factors that are Sasanqua Saponin,Polyacrylate,Sodium Citrate were firstly selected by using single factor experiment,then carried out orthogonal test.The optimum ratio and the interaction of the three factors were determined by response surface methodology.Using sodium dodecyl sulfate and clean water compared with camellia saponin lotion in the same condition.Under following condition that the content of Sasanqua Saponin is 15.94%,Polyacrylate is 1.34%,Sodium Citrate is 1.50%,the detergency of the Liquid detergent is 10.5.the detergency of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 11.9,and the detergency of clean water is 2.7.3.Studied the washing effect that Sasanqua Saponin Compound with other surfactant.Firstly,choosing three kinds of surfactant: fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(AES);alcohol ether carboxylate(AEC);fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether(AEO).then testing their washing effect respectively.Make the content of surfactant invariability,then using Sasanqua Saponin Compound with the three kinds of surfactant with different ratio,then testing the washing effect.The results shows that when the ratio between Sasanqua Saponin and AES is 1:2,the washing effect is the best,the detergency value is 17.2;when the ratio between Sasanqua Saponin and AEC is 1:1,the washing effect is the best,the detergency value is 16.3;the washing effect is not good when the Sasanqua Saponin compound with AEO,the best detergency value is just 9.9.4.Determination of physical and chemical properties and washing properties of compounded laundry detergent.The viscosity and foamability of the laundry detergent had been detected at the same time,also the water solubility,stability,bacteriostatic activity,silk and wool protectivity of laundry detergent.When the laundry detergent only contains sasanqua saponin,though compound with detergent assisant make the detergency a little prove,it still can not reach the national standard.When sasanqua saponin compound with other surfactants,the detergency make great improve and even higher than the national standard.These show that sasanqua saponin compound with other surfactants have a great development prospect.
