Development Of A Low-Foam Concentrated Liquid Laundry Detergent

Laundry is a very common thing in our daily life.Liquid laundry detergent is based on water as a medium,with a certain decontamination ability of cleaning products.Compared with laundry powder,liquid laundry detergent has the advantages of energy saving,efficient,gentle and environmentally friendly and so on,especially concentrated liquid detergent,with the more convenient,faster dissolving,better washing effect at low temperature.Therefore a large number of consumers have chosen it as household laundry options.This paper deals with laundry principle analysis and introduces the development status,market and technology at home and abroad of the concentrated liquid detergent.On this basis,this paper discusses the important significance of research and develop on concentrated liquid laundry detergent product.This paper also deals with the screening of effective components,auxiliary components and other additives,preliminary selected fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-7(AEO-7),fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-12(AEO-12),alkyl polyglycoside(APG)as main surface active agent,1,6-hexanediol,glycerol,glycerin polyether as solubilizing agent,coconut oil fatty acids potassium soap as defoamer,citric acid as chelant and pH regulator,ethanol as viscosity regulator,propylene glycol and sodium borate as enzyme stabilizer,enzyme,fragrance as auxiliary added additives.Then through orthogonal experiment to optimize the proportion of each component to obtain the best formula.Through laboratory test and pilot plant trial to determined manufacturing procedure of the liquid detergent: add solubilizing agent,coconut oil fatty acid potassium soap,surfactant in proper order and stir well,then add citric acid to adjust pH of the system,adding ethanol to adjust viscosity and finally add other auxiliary additives,mixing until uniform.The final sample not only meet the requirements of the national standard of liquid laundry detergent,but also reached or performed better than other brands of similar products.
