Based on the classical A2 O sewage treatment process, such as the evolution of a modified A2 O process, micro aeration oxidation ditch technology and other new technology, each kind of technology, but also because of the characteristics of applied throughout the country.The research object of this thesis is a sewage treatment plant in this cicy, to deal with the scale ofthe water phase of the project is 80000 T / D 170000 T / D, two period, three period in300000 t / d. The use of the sewage treatment process is micro aeration oxidation ditch process, the effluent discharged into the small river after the treatment, the effluent discharge of sewage after treatmentto Guangdong Province "water pollutant discharge limits"(DB44/26-2001) second time a standardand "cities sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002) the more stringent requirements of a standard A standard.China’s current sewage treatment plant design and operation management of the basicdecoupling, design unit design after the sewage treatment plant after the basic no longer involvedin operation and management, operation is the main operator of the operation and management of water, hand grasp the actual operation and management of a large number of valuable data, but due to various reasons, these data are very difficult to feedback to the plant design of hand,provide design proposal value for other wastewater treatment plant design, block theory and the actual link, from a certain angle is not conducive to the development of sewage treatment industry.This thesis is based on the engineering design of water, water from the waterworks operationconstruction began tracking research, collecting relevant data. Through the analysis of the collected data, find out the sewage treatment plant is often encountered in the actual problems in the process of the actual operation, to provide data for the wastewater treatment plant, and strive to solve the problems during the operation in the design stage. Also provide valuable suggestionsafter the other sewage treatment plant design.Through the research and analysis of the water quality data of the water plant, it was found that the wastewater treatment plant was good, and the removal effect of BOD, COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus was good, but the removal efficiency of total nitrogen and SS was not satisfactory. According to the process characteristics and operation data of the wastewater treatment plant, the factors that affect the total nitrogen are the dissolved oxygen concentration, the reflux ratio of the biochemical pool and the influent CN ratio, and the effect of SS removal is likely to be the precipitation effect of the two sedimentation tank, the aeration quantity of the oxidation ditch and the uniformity of the water distribution. The following points: 1) the water CN ratio is less than 5, adding carbon sources;2)External reflux ratio is controlled below 50%;3)Control aeration intensity of oxidation ditch.
