Permeable reactive barrier and to solve the extraction processing method investment, engineering changes and other difficult issues, invention and design of a physical chemistry, bioremediation and phytoremediation of organic combination of new groundwater pollution remediation technologies, and was named MET(Multi-layer Enhance groundwater remediation Technology, referred to as MET). MET for research on groundwater pollutant removal, the choice of ammonia as the target of groundwater contaminants build MET small pilot test device removal mechanism MET study simulated and actual contamination of groundwater pollution and the effect of ammonia nitrogen in groundwater and groundwater analysis MET ammonia removal process nitrogen conversions, building nitrogen transformation model variables and MET nitrogen variable factors, on this basis, the Field Engineering Test by MET further validate the removal of ammonia nitrogen in groundwater Mechanism and effect. Conclusions are as follows:(1)By studying the small scale experimental of MET, indicating that the simulation of groundwater contamination in the water hydraulic loading 14.68m3/(m2·d), ammonia concentration of 25mg/L and continuous operation under conditions 45 d, the ammonia removal efficiency over 92% of the total; actual contamination of groundwater in the water hydraulic loading of 6.18~8.10m3/(m2·d), under ammonia concentrations 10.53~13.79mg/L and 37 d of continuous operation at 72% of the total removal. The results show that while MET zeolite adsorption of ammonia on the basis of a common ceramic carrier attached microbial growth, which greatly improves the denitrifying bacteria to remove the effect of groundwater ammonia.(2)By analyzing the MET process ammonia nitrogen removal from groundwater conversions, building MET nitrogen transformation model, and a small test data fitting MET strike the nitrogen transformation model unknown parameters, using experimental data on nitrogen Estonia Constructed Wetland Transformation model validation, model validation results for nitrogen transformation results predicted and measured values close to a certain extent that nitrogen transformation model can be used to build a long-term deal with MET technology forecasting groundwater nitrogen removal effect.(3)MET the field engineering to obtain the results of small scale, based on the use of zeolite adsorption method for removing ammonia pollution of groundwater contamination, the test results showed that the removal of more than 74%, and analyzed out of the water, "three nitrogen" concentration, DO, ORP, p H and conductivity variation to verify the presence of microbial nitrification, preliminary verification MET groundwater can be used to remove ammonia actual results.
