In recent years, the country is more and more high to the requirement of environmental protection; sewage treatment plant construction speed is faster for central treatment of urban sewage showed that the improvement of the urban infrastructure level is one of the symbols of modern city. There is no sewage treatment facility in Tianjin binhai hi-tech zone, a large number of untreated sewage direct emissions, to refer to water and natural water bodies caused great harm. As soon as possible, therefore, the construction of binhai hi-tech zone sewage treatment facilities is one of the important way to realize the sustainable development of the region and the necessary conditions of sewage treatment plant construction is imperative.This article through to the binhai new area the geographical position, natural environment, the analysis of the status of development and its present situation of water supply and drainage and planning, determine the location and size in wastewater treatment plant. In the overall design project, and strive to the application of advanced technology, reduce the engineering investment, daily operation cost, labor intensity, improve the degree of automation, the service life of the equipment, ensure the treatment effect is stable, reliable, make a design more reasonable optimization.Binhai hi-tech zone wastewater treatment plant project content,(1) the recent processing size,10000 m3/d.(2) the design water quality using the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002) level of A standard.(3) process,through technical and economic comparison to determine the secondary sewage treatment plant of wastewater treatment process for the improved A/A/O process, the depth of the treatment process using flocculation precipitation reaction mechanical filtration, supplemented by deodorization facilities and dosing phosphorus removal process. Water main index reaches the national level of A discharge standards.(4) the main productive structure is: coarse grid and the water pump room, fine screen and vortex grit chamber, improved A2/O biological pond, pond, high-density sedimentation tank, high efficiency filter tank and filter, blower room and distribution room, ultraviolet disinfection pool and disinfection rooms, allocation and return sludge pump pool, sludge dewatering machine room and tent, dosing, deodorization device, etc.(5) northern sewage treatment plant in tianjin binhai hi-tech zone, north of the north ring railway, south of jin han tie line, west of coastal line 2. The sewage treatment plant covers an area of 12.11 hectares; the first phase covers an area of 2.3535 hectares, with a total investment of 32.6193 million yuan.
