The geological reserves of Ordovician fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoir in Tahe Oilfield is rich. The oil reservoir development level is not high because of the discrete distribution of fracture and vug, shapes, and varying degrees of filling. The fractured-vuggy reservoir is mainly composed of fracture, vug and matrix, the permeability of the reservoir matrix is very low and that parts can not be used well. Most scholars studied the injection-production laws of fractured-vuggy reservoir medium through the use of the simulation model. In this paper, on the basis of geological structure research and the actual mine outcrop, the author present two typical fracture-vug combination mode considering the geological interpretation data. One is the underground river mode, and the other one is the connected mode with underground river, aven and vug. And based on the similar criteria, the author builds the fracture-vug combination model used the material of marble and organic glass, and studies the injection-production laws of different condition consisting of injection rate, well patterns, surfactant concentration and filling degree through the single-phase flow test and water displacement test. The researches indicate: the combination of different models fractured, its impact on different injection conditions. Two types of models exist optimum injection rate; surfactant solution can improve the recovery of the underground river model, while the smaller influence on the connected mode with underground river, aven and vug; The development level of low injection-high production wells is better compared with the high injection-high production wells; with the increasing of filling level, the development level weakens.
