In pipe production process, before the long tube cold work, must pass a hole or pipe mill, after hole or pipe rolling,steel pipe referred to as tubes. Due to the effect of perforation and hot rolling process characteristics, prone to defects in the waste pipe surface. These defects can be roughly divided into folding, abscission, scarring or flash, straight row and straight fold, such as the defects in the process of cold working will continuously increase and growth,result in the product scrap.In this paper, the design of stainless steel tube processing device is applied to the surface of the stainless steel waste pipe finishing processing, remove the influence of stainless steel tubes under the process defect, in order to improve the quality and productivity of the product. Stainless steel tube processing device were introduced in this paper the composition and working principle of the device is composed of three parts, namely the processing parts、feed parts and drive parts. Using screw drive type of feed device for device of feed, using the theory of centrifugal to design the light of the whole processing,using thedrive motor through the soft shaft rotation. Feed unit has certain adaptability,finishing machining head using oil stone grinding stainless steel pipe wall,including oil stone fixed on the article sharpening stone fixed institutions, oil stone radial sliding along a fixed mechanism device, motor through flexible shaft drive finishing machining device to rotate, in under the action of centrifugal force, oil stone article fixed institutions and sharpening stone was thrown, the overall oil stone clingy wall do grinding workpiece movement,grinding for the inner surface of the workpiece.Second, to the whole article sharpening stone fixed institutions and sharpening stone do the stress analysis of the calculated the sharpening stone article produces the minimum speed grinding movement, deduced the calculation formula of grinding force, and the stress analysis was carried out on the device as a whole, get the springs pressure and drag force, driving wheel axis and the relationship between the pipe axis Angle and driving force.Using UG and ADAMS joint simulation, by changing the parameter setting for different spring pressure and the influence of different Angle is a driving force for advance, validate the correctness of theoretical analysis, at the same time deciding the spring pressure and Angle of the specific values, produce processing device.Finally through to the diameter of 55 mm stainless steel tubes to do the experiment, verified the machining effect of device, different materials, differentmesh, the influence of different rotation speed and processing time on the processing efficiency.
