The finishing technology of the pneumatic wheel with soft-consolidation abrasive is a new technology of precision finishing processing. It’s advantage is that it is used to complicated free-form surface with high hardness, high wear resistance and it can efficient better shape surface.The finishing technology of the pneumatic wheel with soft-consolidation abrasive is used in this paper, in stages to finishing machining of work piece with orthogonal experiment, and get this stage of the process parameters, then optimize process parameters with TOPSIS method of grey correlation method and AHP method.The main contents as following:1) TOPSIS, AHP and gray correlation method in multiple attribute decision making is introduced, their advantages are analyzed, the model based on the Grey Relational Analysis Method and AHP is built, the process parameters of each level and factor of the orthogonal experimental are optimized.2) The preparation method of soft consolidation pressure abrasive wheel is introduced, the phased basis of soft consolidation pressure abrasive grinding wheel finishing is confirmed through the wheel finishing of the soft-consolidation pressure abrasive wheel in different abrasive particle sizes.3) For the work piece which is strengthened through the local laser, orthogonal experiment is used to do the finishing for each stage with different combinations of parameters to get the order of various factors influence. Based on the optimal parameters of each stage, the finishing machining on the freeform surface – saddle which is strengthened through the local lase is researched to get the better surface precision effectively.In this paper, the research results provide a reference value for finishing machining of complex free surface of high hardness, high wear resistance.
