With the rapid development of industry, phenolic compounds, as a kind of important chemical raw materials widely used in industrial production, and industrial production process of waste water containing phenol, harmfulness, wide range of pollution, water pollution control in all countries in the world is listed as one of the key management of harmful waste water, waste water containing phenol has not only contain phenolics, still contain many heavy metals and high salt, strong alkali or acid etc, the treatment of wastewater containing phenol to bring very great difficulty. Therefore, starting from the scene of the actual pollution situation, isolated from nature, screening effective strains capable of degrading specific pollutants, targeted additive to the existing biological reinforcement technology of sewage treatment system, is an important way of promoting the pollutant of wastewater containing phenol.In this paper, experiment of raw material is derived from the actual production to industrial wastewater as a raw material, through the strain domestication and efficient and systematic strain screening work got five efficient reduction of phenol bacteria strains, and optimized the screening of strain culture conditions. Through the early stage of the waste water detection, strain gradually at the beginning of domestication, strain screening, strain screening, strain degradation performance appraisal, strain component identification, get five strains that with effective degradation of phenol as follow: JF-1:microbacterium paraoxydans; JF-2: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. Plantarum; JF-3: Pseudomonas koreensis; JF-4: Bacillus licheniformis; JF-5: Acinetobacter johnsonii. And for the screening of the five strains of bacteria per plant ability to degrade phenolic substances are verified, the results are as follows: five strains all can be realized the efficient degradation of phenolic substances, those degradation ability were over 90%, among them with JF-5, JF-3, JF-1 are on the high drop of degradation of phenolics, in 24 hours the degradation rate can reach 99.57%, 98.45% and 99.57% respectively; The degradation of the else strain rate slightly lower : JF-4:97.96% and JF-2:94.49%。...
