In recent years, with the development of social demand to diversification and individuation, machinery manufacturing industry is experiencing the development of the production mode of mass production. Networking, virtualization, precision, flexibility, intelligence, integration, cleaning, globalization is becoming the mainstream of the development of advanced manufacturing technology. Compared with traditional mechanical manufacturing technology, CNC machining technology with its high processing precision, high production efficiency, high repeatability, can complete the common machine is difficult to complete or simply can not be processed complex curves of parts processing and can be a machine with a large degree of improvement of the parts processing and production conditions, improve the production process. However, under the actual working conditions, due to the production conditions, methods, indicators, parameters and other aspects of the impact, often make the situation and the theoretical situation of the income of the product has a certain gap, can not get the expected results.Taking CK6140 NC lathe turning as an example, this paper discusses and studies the influence factors of machining precision, analyzes the influence of the error caused by the change of cutting force on the machining precision, and based on the cutting force and other factors, all the errors are established according to their causes. According to the characteristic of NC turning, the machining experiment of NC turning is designed, and the research object is locked into the radial dimension precision, which verifies the accuracy of the prediction model. At the same time, changing the cutting elements, using orthogonal test and single factor analysis to analyze the distribution law of the diameter of the turning process in the range of test conditions and the influence of the process parameters on the machining accuracy, the factors affecting the accuracy of the factors on the accuracy of the processing conditions are derived.The prediction accuracy model established in this paper can be improved, which is based on the fact that only a single or a few factors can improve the prediction effect. The conclusion can help the operator to adjust the cutting parameters. It also provides the theoretical and practical basis for the future development of the index parameters and the actual production and processing.
