With the development of “Industrialization 4.0”, 3D molding technology(technology of increasing material manufacturing) has received great attention and development. Due to the deep research, the single problem of material and equipment matching has gradually become one of the factors that limit its development. The task priority 3D molding device of extrusion were structure of innovative design, simulation analysis based on 3D wood plastic extrusion molding process parameters influence on material forming temperature and velocity.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.With wood powder and waste plastic as raw materials, based on more mature extrusion. The technical research and development design verification and optimization of direct 3D molding, the simulation design of extrusion molding 3D. The feasibility of the method is confirmed by simulation.2.The 3D of wood plastic extrusion molding for extrusion and molding platform feed two parts, respectively on the were driving device and a control device and the main components of the design optimization. And the design software is used to simulate the motion of the machine, and the relative motion trajectory of the die and the moving die can be obtained.3.Apply the theory of extrusion process to the design. The analysis shows that: the extrusion flow, the outlet diameter and the moving die speed are the key factors which affect the shape of the molded products in 3D. The regular expressions are obtained in the design. Through simulation analysis, the relationship between the three parameters and the molding temperature is obtained.4.Discusses the relationship between variable parameters and extrusion molding quality in the forming process of 3D. In order to improve the forming precision and efficiency, under the premise of ensuring the shape of the molding material. Change the original idea, in order to change the single parameter to change the two parameters on the shape of the shape of the impact, and to optimize the molding effect.5.The flow properties and material bonding experiments were carried out. The effect of molding temperature on the material flow and the reasonable temperature range of the two laminated joints were observed.This subject appropriately based wood plastic 3D extrusion molding equipment design scheme; Impacts of molding parameters on the molding temperature and efficiency are obtained.
