Petrochemical enterprises produced large amounts of sludge, its organic matter content is high and complex components, the accumulation of oil sludge has become an obstacle to sustainable development of the petrochemical enterprises, which is a serious problem. Physico-chemical treatment techniques may be recover from the part of the oil, but the running costs are too high and easy to produce secondary pollution,so its application is limited. It is studied excellent microbial treatment condition and process of oil sludge, which has practical significance.In this paper, it uses a high concentration petroleum hydrocarbons laboratory strain of anti- Pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3 to degrade oil sludge, and to study its synchronization product exopolysaccharides ’features. On this basis, it is studied various types of complex agents on Changqing Oilfield high oil sludge’ processing, get the following results:(1) When medium oil content is 30 g/L, the 5 d average degradation rate of oil sludge straight-chain n-alkanes C13-C30 by NY3 bacteria is 53.3% in the liquid system. Glucose coexist could make oil removal efficiency up to 90%, and synchronization yield up to 7.46 g/L extracellular polysaccharide in 7 d.(2) NY3 bacteria in the process of sludge degradation secreted extracellular polymeric substances crude extract product is glycoprotein, the sugar content is79.58-86.2%, polysaccharide as a main componentand, the protein content is0.35-0.75%. Extracellular polysaccharide as macromolecules, particle size is account for 72.7% in a range of 0.38-176.9 μm and 27.3% in a range of 177-339.9 μm,carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl groups in the molecule two types of acidic functionalgroups make it obvious negative charge, and Zeta potential is-44.2 mV.(3) The solid phase approach to oil content 10-12% Changqing Oilfield oil sludge,winter temperature-10-10 ℃, forced ventilation can heat the reactor temperature fluctuations in the range of 19-28 ℃, humidity below 8%, under this condition no hydrocarbon degradation for solid bacterium in 12 d, but all kinds of fresh liquid bacterium start hydrocarbon degradation rapidly, hydrocarbon in oil sludge in average about 20% biodegradable in 15 d. Spring temperature increase, the heat ventilation can make longer-term reactor temperature maintained at about 28 ℃, humidity may be between 9-12%, solid agents reactor hydrocarbon degrade starts significantly earlier,and the degradation rate is greatly improved, the average degradation rate of oil sludge hydrocarbon can up to 53.4% by solid agents in 26 d, the degradation rate increased43.5% compared to humidity 8%. Solid-phase condition, dosing extracellular polysaccharide produced by NY3 bacteria can make all the tested agents ’ oil sludge degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons improve about 5-13%.
