Environmental pollution caused by economic and social development has gradually spread to the vast rural areas.A large number of polluting enterprises transferred to the rural areas,and caused serious water pollution and soil pollution in rural areas.Most of the towns have no the specific landfill,and the phenomenon that the waste of citizen life and Production besieged the village is common occurrence.Peasants’ survival and development needs caused a loss to clustering endogenous pollution.In Long-term Chinese governments’ environmental pollution treatment that it follow the ideology in the heart of the city,Pollution prevention investment tend to city make the fragile ecological environment in rural areas become worse.Environmental rights and interests of peasants is not get effective guarantee.Peasants face the predicament that Environmental rights is not equal to the environmental obligations.This is a sign of environmental injustice.Based on the present situation of the our country’s rural environmental quality deterioration and peasants’ environmental right severely damaged,this article analysis the interpretation of the relevant theory of the environmental rights of peasants,imports the real cases about Cancer villages pollution victims,the rural environment mass incidents and the the contradictions among peasants’ survive right,the development right and the governmental economic interest in rural land circulation and analysis the current situation of peasants’ environmental rights and interests, and then combine Rawls’ s idea of the justice of the interests of vulnerable groups to maximize theunderstanding of the concept of Justice,analysis the theoretical system of reasonable Environmental Justice.Through the perspectives of Environmental Justice,the writer hopes theoretical problem fuse the reality of the environmental right about peasants,and improve the peasants’ environmental right safeguard relief mechanism design constantly.
