With the development of economy and industry, plus factory emissions of illegal and bad habits in the city of discarding solid waste, heavy metal pollution becomes increasingly serious. And the heavy metal inside the solid waste has done a huge harm to the environment and humans themselves. Therefore, in recent years, the extraction recovery of heavy metals became a popular project. However, because of the limitation of extractant, materials and reaction conditions, most studies wouldn‘t apply to industrial production. This article studies the organophosphate extraction on extraction recycling valuable heavy metals from solid wastes. To conform to the industrial production, for the purpose of the reasonable reaction conditions, respectively, recycling industrial waste residue of cobalt, nickel in the electroplating sludge, and the waste nickel cadmium and nickel cadmium battery.Study on the extraction effect of cobalt ions via organophosphate extractant P507. In order to make sure the bester experiment condition(such as pH, extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of saponification and extraction agent content on the extraction), and we also investigated the effect of H2SO4 and H2O2 on leaching of industrial waste residue. Finally drying and analysis the product, the recovery rate of cobalt ions was 98%, and cobalt content of the cobalt oxalate was 31.34%.Study on the effect of extraction and recycle of nickel ion by organic phosphate, P204 and P507. Study the effect of pH, extraction time, extraction temperature, saponification rate, extractant. And then compare which one is more effective under the best condition and use the more effective extractant. At the same time, analyze the electroplating sludge which content nickel. Observe optimization of conditions of the dosage of H2SO4 and H2O2 used to leach Ni2+。And finally use P507 with 95% of extraction rate to extract and recycle Ni. Nickel oxalate is worked as the final produce, using the raw material, oxalate. The last is to dry and analysis and conclude the extraction rate of nickel ion is up to 97% and Ni is up to 23.25% in the nickel oxalate.Study on the effect of extraction and recycle of Cadmium ion by organic phosphate, P204 and P507.Study the effect of pH, extraction time, extraction temperature, saponification rate, extractant content. And then compare which one is more effective under the best condition and use the more effective extractant. At the same time, observe the components of the two grade material nickel cadmium battery and leaching conditions individually product CdCO4 by NaCO3 and Cd2+, and NiC2O4, produced by oxalic acid and Ni2+ are worked as the final produces. The last is to dry and analysis and conclude Cadmium recycle rate is as high as 99%. Nickel recycle rate is as high as 100%. Cadmium content in cadmium carbonate is 63.45%. Nickel content in nickel oxalate is 23.43%.From the study on the three systems above, it is convenient to buy Organic phosphorus extraction agent. Extraction rate and metal content are satisfying.
