As an unconventional oil resource, heavy oil plays an important role in China’s economic development. As far as right now, steam stimulation is the main way of exploitation of heavy oil in China. Because of the high cost of injecting the steam into the horizontal wells in the process of steam stimulation, the steam injection quality decides whether the oil production can go ahead in a low and efficient way. To improve the quality of steam injection, we developed the injection profile analysis of on-line testing technology in heavy oil thermal recovery. It can measure the temperature change in the process of steam injection, stuffy well and blowout. But at this stage, the online test data processing method is relatively single. Most organizations evaluate the quality of steam injection mainly through the temperature of stuffy well and blowout. This method doesn’t consider he geological parameters of test Wells in the process of evaluation, and lack of theoretical support. Due to the complexity of the testing well conditions, the temperature of the test data is not necessarily accurate. But the data processing method is lack of test data fitting confirmation. This paper analyzes the present development of horizontal wells online test in heavy oil thermal recovery. By building and solving a steam flowing in the wellbore model. The author gets the law of temperature and dryness of the steam flowing in the wellbore. Combined with field data the author fits the horizontal wells on-line test temperature in heavy oil thermal recovery to reject the wrong test data. The author gets the law of steam floating in the sieve tube which the temperature and pressure of the steam will drop when going through the sieve tube by simulated by FLUENT software. In addition, the greater the flow rate going through the sieve, the greater the fall. Combined with the simulation rule and using the method of fuzzy mathematics the author get the injection profile of heavy oil thermal recovery by processing the temperature data measured by the on-line testing technology and well log data. All of the above work provides technical guidance for the next step of steam injection production work or plan adjustment.
