The Daniudi Gas Field is developed gradually; the pressure of the gas wells is reducing. The supercharged gathering and transportation progress is required to ensure the normal production and expand the network transmission capacity. The small throttle pressure exchanger cooling dehydration process is used in gas gathering station of Daniudi Gas Field. Natural gas dehydration effect of gas gathering stations is affected by throttle pressure directly. Therefore, it is needed to analyze the pipe network operating conditions and throttling dehydration process before and after supercharging. The gathering pipeline network optimization schemes and dehydration process optimization adjustment schemes suitable for Daniudi gas field in supercharging stage can be established. It can provide technical supports for the smooth implementation and safe operation of supercharged gathering and transportation process, and provide guidience of gas gathering and transportation technology for the similar gas field.In this paper, the gathering and transportation process models are established by combining the actual operation data analysis and the simulation software. The operating conditions of the gas gathering and transportation process in different production stages are predicted based on the models. For the possible problems after supercharging, the suitable optimization scheme of gathering and transportation technology in Daniudi Gas Field is established. It can ensure the smooth implementation of the supercharging process. First, based on the pipeline network model and the dehydration process model before and after supercharging, the optimal supercharging scheme is established. The operating conditions of gathering and transportation process before and after supercharging are analyzed based on the analysis indicators of gathering pipeline networks and dehydration processes. Secondly, according to the results of gas gathering and transportation process analysis, the potential problems of the gathering and transportation process and pipeline network after supercharging are found out. The optimal pipeline network optimization schemes and the dehydration process parameters adjustment schemes are established. Finally, according to implementation of the supercharged gas gathering and transportation process, the supercharged pipeline network model is established. The design and rehabilitation schemes of pipeline network in the late supercharging stage are established. The supercharged gas gathering and transportation process technology is improved.After these studies, the gathering and transportation process simulation models with high accuracy are established, the optimal implemention scheme of supercharging gathering and transportation process is determined. Comprehensive the simulation and anlysis results of gathering and transportation process in different production stages. A gathering and transportation process tracking and forecasting methods of gas field are formed. It laid the foundation for the optimal operation and safety production of gathering and transportation after supercharging in Daniudi Gas Field.
